Kimberly Daulton is a seasoned social work professional with extensive experience in the fields of adoption, foster care, and trauma-informed therapy. Currently serving as a Home Study Social Worker at FamilyWorks Together & Adoptions Together since February 2011, Kimberly assesses families and prepares home studies for adoption while providing post-placement support. As the Director of Social Work at Children's Law Center since October 2010, Kimberly leads the social work program, developing ethical guidelines and overseeing case management. Kimberly's previous roles include Clinical Supervisor and Social Worker at the National Center for Children and Families, where strong clinical and training skills were applied to promote therapeutic child welfare. With an MSW in Social Work from Salem State University and a BA in Computer Science from Saint Anselm College, Kimberly is equipped with a diverse educational background and advanced knowledge to address complex family dynamics.
