Adinarayana Nagendra Reddy has extensive experience in engineering and sales, currently serving as General Manager - DOTES at Ador Fontech Ltd since April 2008, where responsibilities include providing technical support and conducting training programs for the sales force. Prior to this role, Adinarayana worked at Larsen & Toubro Limited from May 1983 to September 1995, where roles included Application Engineer and Area Supervisor, focusing on business development across South India. Early career experience also includes positions at Bosch Rexroth India Limited as Sales & Application Engineer and at Precision Engineering Accessories as Production Manager.
