Swanand Deshpande

Swanand Deshpande has over a decade of work experience in various HR roles. Swanand most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Ador Powertron Limited, where they worked closely with CXOs on strategic HR for alignment of human capital with business. Swanand also held the position of Chief of Staff and Head of Human Resources (People & Talent) at the same company. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Capital Management Consultant at SACHK Consultings LLP and as a Human Capital Consultant & Head HR at Ideal HR & Management Solutions. Swanand also has experience in HR leadership roles at Webonise Lab, Venturus International, and B.U. Bhandari Landmarks. Swanand Deshpande completed their B.Tech in Textile Technology from Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology, Vishnupuri, Nanded, from 2003 to 2007. Swanand then pursued a PGDHRM (Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management) from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development in 2012-2013. Furthermore, they obtained an HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) with First Class from Pune Board in 2001-2002.

Additionally, Swanand Deshpande has acquired several certifications, including the "Great Place to Work Certified Architect" from the Great Place to Work® Institute (India) in September 2021.
