Tatyana Leshchinskaya

Tatyana Leshchinskaya has extensive work experience in the fashion industry, with a focus on technical design and pattern making. Tatyana started their career as a Sample Maker at Barbara Matera LTD in 1997. Tatyana then worked as a Pattern Maker/Spec Technician at Mimo Production Service, Ltd., where they created production patterns for children's wear and prepared spec packages. Tatyana later joined Schneeman Studio Limited as a Draper Assistant, assisting in making patterns for garments used in movies and theatrical shows.

In 2000, Tatyana became a Technical Designer at Delia's Inc., where they followed up on the fit process for various categories of junior's wear. Tatyana also created technical packages and sent fit comments after each fit session. Tatyana continued in this role until 2005, when they joined Newport News & Spiegel as a Technical Designer for women's wear. Here, they created appraisal reports/technical packages, followed up on the fit process, and collaborated with business partners to ensure clear fit intent.

From 2005 to 2014, Tatyana served as a Senior Technical Designer at Delia's Inc., overseeing the fit process for junior's wear categories such as dresses, woven tops, outerwear, and swimwear. Tatyana developed technical packages and worked with excel sheets for construction, detailing, and grading. Additionally, Tatyana worked as a Freelance Technical Designer for Sears Holding Corporation in 2015, where they were responsible for construction and fit details of swimwear for various brands.

Their most recent role was as a Freelance Technical Designer at Adore Me in 2015. During this time, Tatyana was responsible for the construction and fit of lingerie, underwear, and sleepwear. Tatyana assisted the technical design manager during fit sessions, created measurement charts, and provided manufacturers with detailed fit comments and instructions.
