Amy Davies is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles at ADP since October 2012, currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources. In this capacity, Amy has excelled as an HR architect, orchestrating talent strategies that enhance organizational change, associate engagement, and revenue growth. Prior achievements include engineering a business transformation that improved associate productivity and reduced turnover, along with initiating the "Inspire" Business Resource Group focused on diversity of thought. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Generation Mortgage and First Vice President at Silverton Bank, where Amy cultivated high-performing HR teams and implemented strategic programs to align with organizational goals. Amy's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from The University of Georgia and an MBA in Human Resources from Georgia State University.
