Annette Galarza

Annette Galarza currently serves as the Director of Client Service at ADP since June 2022. Prior to this role, Annette Galarza spent over 14 years at American Express, where various managerial positions included overseeing Global Reengineering, Applied Analytics, Capabilities and Robotics, and the Customer Fulfillment Network. Notable achievements during this tenure consisted of leading projects that generated savings of $2 million through billing statement reductions and achieving over $20 million in benefits through the application of Lean concepts in customer service. Annette Galarza started their career as a Production Supervisor at Boston Scientific, where effective leadership and implementation of lean manufacturing principles resulted in significant efficiency improvements. Annette Galarza holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
