Barbara Mettler

Barbara Mettler has extensive experience in learning and knowledge management, currently serving as the Global Director of Learning at ADP since November 2010. In this role, Barbara specializes in developing training solutions for ADP's GlobalView HCM Software, which includes integration with SAP HR, Payroll, Time Management, and SuccessFactors. Prior to this position, Barbara held various roles at ADP, including Senior Manager for Knowledge Management and Program Manager for GlobalView Learning and Performance. Barbara's background includes significant consulting experience with SAP across multiple organizations, implementing configurations for Human Resources, Time Management, and Payroll. Barbara's education includes a degree in Management Information Systems and Computer Science from Florida State University.
