Carlene Sterling

Carlene Sterling, MSOD, is an experienced professional in organizational development and education. Currently serving as an Enterprise Learning Business Partner at ADP since May 2022, Carlene has also held the position of Adjunct Professor at Columbia College, Orlando, since January 2008. Previous roles include Learning Experience Partner at North Highland Consulting, Director of Student Services at Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, and Assistant Director of Student Services at Rollins College. Carlene's experience extends to ITT Technical Institute as an Adjunct Instructor and to Disney as a Training Evaluation Analyst & Instructor. Additional prior experience includes a role as Sales Training Consultant at Sallie Mae. Carlene holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development from American University, a Mini MBA Certificate from Crummer Graduate School of Business, and a BBA in International Management from Pace University.
