Clarissa Allen

Clarissa Allen is an experienced public relations professional and journalist. Currently serving as the Public Relations Director/PIO at Burke County Sheriff's Office since April 2023, Clarissa has previously held roles including Reporter/MMJ at WRDW/WAGT News 12 NBC 26 from October 2021 to October 2022, and News/Sports MMJ at KVRR - FOX from March 2021 to October 2021. Clarissa also worked as an Audio Operator at WATN-TV Local 24 from January 2019 to March 2021 and as a Video Editor at Temple Of Deliverance Cogic from July 2018 to March 2021. Notably, Clarissa served as Weekend Sports Anchor/Reporter at WBBJ Jackson, TN from July 2019 to March 2020. A graduate of The University of Memphis, Clarissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism, earned between 2014 and 2018.
