Cord Grote

Cord Grote has been with ADP since May 2007, advancing through various roles including Sr. Sales Operations Director, Senior Director of Implementation, and Director of Solution Design for Lifion by ADP. In these positions, Cord has successfully led teams of Client Solution Architects and Consultants, developed tools to empower ADP's sales initiatives around NextGen HCM solutions, and collaborated with multiple departments to enhance product knowledge and sales strategies. Prior to ADP, Cord worked at Asmuss Plastic Systems Ltd and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Colorado State University.
