Damon Avella is an experienced sales leader with a strong background in driving revenue and team performance across various industries. Currently serving as HCM Sales Leader at ADP, Damon leads the New England HRO TotalSource Team, focusing on client value and sales pipeline evaluation. Previously, as Director of Industrial Product Sales at Horizon Solutions, Damon provided strategic direction to a team of account managers, achieving significant annual revenue.
