Don Spickelmier

Don Spickelmier has extensive experience in operational management, currently serving as Vice President of Employer Services Field Operations at ADP since October 1994. In this role, Spickelmier oversees payroll operations across the Western United States, leading a team of 12 managers and directors, as well as 180 operations associates, to support 150,000 clients and generate over $750 million in annual revenue. Previously, as Vice President of Operations for Southern California, Spickelmier managed payroll operation centers in Southern California and Honolulu. Prior to ADP, Spickelmier held the position of Vice President in the Business Service Division at Bank of America from March 1989 to October 1994. Spickelmier earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a focus on Information Systems from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
