Gargi Thakur

Gargi Thakur currently serves as the Director of Sys Reliability Management at Lifion by ADP, having also held the position of Senior Engineering Manager within the same department since 2022. In addition, Gargi is a member of Round, a community that fosters support and mentorship among technology executives and senior leaders. Prior experience at Lifion includes roles as Senior Manager and Manager of Technical Program Management, where Gargi led a globally distributed team of technical program managers. Before joining Lifion, Gargi had a significant tenure at Infosys from 2005 to 2017, progressing from Programmer Analyst to Technical Lead. Gargi holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from BBSB Engineering College in Fatehgarh Sahib, India.
