Karen Dean

Karen Dean, PMP, currently serves as the Manager of Continuous Services at WorkForce Software, where responsibilities include workflow management of direct reports and support for software upgrade and migration teams. Prior roles at WorkForce include Team Lead, where initiatives enhanced project visibility and efficiency, and Project Manager, focusing on customer support during software upgrades. Previously, at ADP, significant contributions included streamlining software implementations, improving reporting efficiency, and fostering employee engagement as a council member. Earlier experience encompassed a position as an Executive Assistant at Victory Lane Quick Oil Change, where project management and training documentation were key aspects. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management with a specialization in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Management from DeVry Institute of Technology, as well as two Associate degrees in Business Administration and General Studies from Lansing Community College.
