Karen West

Karen West is a seasoned professional in client success and account management with extensive experience in the payments and human capital management industries. At ADP from November 2019 to September 2025, Karen held the role of Senior Principal Client Success Executive for Lyric HCM, along with serving as Senior Client Success Manager. Prior to ADP, Karen contributed to First Data Corporation from March 2007 to October 2019 in various leadership roles, including Director, Senior Account Executive, Director, Solution Consultant, and Territory Manager-Sales. Karen's career began at FSV Payment Systems, where the position of National Accounts Manager was held from January 2003 to January 2007.
