Kathleen Pineda

Kathleen Pineda, MBA, has extensive experience in client support and management roles, currently serving as CS Team Manager II at ADP since May 2016, with prior positions including CS Team Manager I, Team Lead, Sr. Client Support Consultant, Client Support Consultant, and Associate Client Support Consultant. Before joining ADP, Kathleen held the position of Vice President of Finance at the Association of International Students at Florida International University for a brief period in 2015. Additionally, Kathleen has experience as a Victim/Witness Counselor and Intern at the Office of the State Attorney from 2011 to 2014, as well as a Lead Teller at Citibank from 2008 to 2011. Kathleen obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Miami between 2016 and 2018.
