Kathy Amooi

Kathy Amooi is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience at ADP, Inc., where Kathy has held multiple leadership roles including Corporate Vice President, Senior DVP/General Manager, and Managing Director for ADP China and the Asia Pacific region. In these capacities, Kathy has been instrumental in developing market entry strategies and establishing Shared Services functions for all ADP business units in the region. Prior to their tenure at ADP, Kathy served as Vice President and General Manager at Bank of America from 1983 to 1993. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Psychology from the University of Southern California, which was completed from 1972 to 1976.
