Madhavi Bonthu

Madhavi Bonthu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in application development and quality assurance, currently serving as the Senior Director of Application Development at ADP since January 2007. Madhavi has held various leadership positions, including Director of Application Development and Director of Quality Assurance, overseeing test activities for Client and Self-Service Portals while ensuring high-quality standards across multiple platforms. Prior to ADP, Madhavi worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Cingular and as a Lead QA Engineer at iGATE Global Solutions. Additionally, Madhavi participated in the Pathbuilders Achieva® program, focusing on leadership development for mid-level female managers. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Georgia State University and a Bachelor's in Engineering from Karnataka University, with ongoing studies in the Chief Technology Officer Program at The Wharton School.
