Rashi Jain

Rashi Jain is an accomplished Human Resources professional, currently serving as Director - Human Resources Business Partner at ADP since July 2025. Prior to this role, Rashi was the Global Human Resources Business Partner at SS&C Technologies, where the focus was on partnering with Private Equity and Real Assets business groups. Rashi has extensive experience as a Human Resources Business Partner at Intralinks, which involved collaboration with sales and marketing teams across North America and LATAM. Previous roles include serving as Human Resources Manager at Genpact, recognized as Global Top talent and a graduate of the GOLD Program, and as Human Resources Team Leader at The Coca-Cola Company, overseeing HR operations for the Commercial Sales Business Unit in India. Rashi holds an MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI Business School and a BA in Psychology from the University of Rajasthan.
