Rashi Jain

Rashi Jain is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Director - Human Resources Business Partner at ADP since July 2025, Rashi previously held the position of Global Human Resources Business Partner at SS&C Technologies, specializing in partnerships with Private Equity and Real Assets. Prior to that, Rashi was an HR Business Partner at Intralinks, focusing on sales and marketing teams in North America and LATAM. Rashi's career includes significant tenure at Genpact, recognized as a Global Top talent and Graduate of the GOLD Program, overseeing HR delivery for the Analytics vertical. Rashi began in HR operations at The Coca-Cola Company as a Team Leader, managing a large workforce and implementing performance-driven programs. Rashi holds an MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Rajasthan.
