Tarsha Williams

Tarsha Williams, formerly known as Ivy, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Twilio Inc. since July 2020, Williams previously held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Amazon from July 2014 to July 2020, where expertise in aligning HR strategies with business goals was demonstrated. Prior to Amazon, Williams was a Principal HR Representative at Medtronic, leading HR initiatives for a substantial sales team, and held HR management positions at Service Master and Target, overseeing significant employee populations and HR processes. Williams earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Memphis between 1998 and 2001.
