Tarsha Williams

Tarsha Williams is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Twilio Inc. since July 2020, Tarsha has previously held significant positions, including Senior HR Business Partner for Consumer HR at Amazon from July 2014 to July 2020, and Principal HR Representative at Medtronic from November 2006 to July 2014. Earlier career experience includes serving as HR Manager at Service Master and Target. Tarsha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the University of Memphis, earned between January 1998 and January 2001.
