Rod Quiros

Rod Quiros is an experienced executive with a robust background in workforce management, technical services, and product management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of WFM Service and Implementation for Major Accounts at ADP since August 2011, Rod leads a global team implementing Time and Labor Management products while driving revenue growth through collaborative efforts with cross-functional partners. Previously held positions at ADP include Vice President of Technical Services and Vice President of Product Services, where Rod achieved significant productivity improvements and enhanced service experiences. Prior to ADP, Rod served in various roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, including Product Manager and Project Office Manager, managing technology initiatives and project management methodologies. Rod's career began in network management and technical roles at several organizations, showcasing a comprehensive expertise in technology and operational support. Rod holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts and Media from Queens College, City University of New York.
