Roger Sen Montero

Roger Sen Montero is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT consulting and global solution architecture. Currently serving as a Global Solution Architect and Director of Implementation at ADP since 2013, Roger has successfully led global payroll, time and attendance, and HR projects. Prior to ADP, Roger was the Lead Consultant and Owner at Pharma Consulting Services, providing IT consulting and program management. Experience also includes roles at Almirall as a Business Applications Manager, H-P Enterprise Services as a Solution Architect and Principal Consultant, and as a Founder and CTO at two internet start-ups. Roger began their career as a Technical Consultant at EDS and a Technical Engineer at Grupo Intercom. Roger holds a degree in Computer Science from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
