Somasundar Konduri

Somasundar Konduri, SPHR(i), is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director at ADP since June 2022, Somasundar previously held the position of Site HR Lead at Otis Elevator Co. from September 2019 to June 2022, and before that, served as Sr. Manager, Business HR Lead for Global Product & Technology at ADP from April 2013 to September 2019. Earlier career milestones include roles as SAP HR Functional Consultant and Senior Analyst-HR at Accenture from September 2008 to March 2013, as well as HR Executive at L&T Technology Services Limited from May 2006 to September 2008. Somasundar holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management from Balaji Institute Of Modern Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Babasaheb Naik Engineering College.
