Ema Rosa serves as the Program Manager for Organizational Development at The Hospital for Sick Children, where responsibilities include designing and delivering learning initiatives, applying an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion lens to interventions, and managing leadership development programs. Ema has held various roles within the organization, including Manager of Strategic Initiatives in Research Operations, where project management and stakeholder collaboration were key. Ema is also involved in training facilitation, having co-developed materials for leadership workshops and implemented continuous improvement programs. Current education pursuits include a Bachelor's degree in Adult Education from Brock University, alongside certifications in Adult Learning, Human Resources Management, Project Management, and Business Management from the University of Toronto.
