Aditi has over six years of experience in psychometric testing, assessment research, tool planning and framework, manual creation, capacity building, participation in stakeholders meeting for new projects, proposal writing, research review and publication activities, project and program planning, scientific and normative writing etc.

Aditi also has a Certification from American Field Services - AFS USA in Inter Cultural Learning Counselor.
