Piers King has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Piers started their career in 1999 as a Senior Manager at Level 3 Communications Ltd. Piers then held various roles at different companies such as 3, Patni Computer Systems, TalkTalk, Best Buy Europe, Boxwood Group, Belron, YouView TV Limited, and Towergate Insurance.

Their roles included Director of Systems Integration & Development, Head of Application Development, Head of Technical Development, Engagement Director, Operations Programme Manager, Associate, Delivery Manager, Chief Delivery Officer, and Interim Head of Enterprise Architecture.

Throughout their career, Piers has demonstrated their expertise in delivering exceptional customer experiences, enabling organizational alignment, and managing complex technical and operational projects. Piers has a deep understanding of on-demand customer decisioning and has successfully implemented and optimized this capability in various organizations.

Piers's unique blend of experience across business, technical, and operational areas allows him to effectively collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Piers is adept at creating engagement and driving results in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

Piers King completed their secondary education from Sherborne School, where they studied from 1984 to 1989. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London from 1990 to 1993.
