Kirk Yake

Kirk Yake is an experienced legal professional with over 25 years as an attorney and 13 years as a mediator and arbitrator. Currently serving as a Mediator and Arbitrator at ADR Services, Inc. since May 2018, Kirk also has a longstanding commitment to the San Diego County Bar Association, having held leadership positions in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section from 2011 to 2017 and serving on the Executive Committee. In addition, Kirk operates the Law Office of Kirk D. Yake, where a focus encompasses mediation, arbitration, and other legal services. Previous roles include Attorney Of Counsel at Ward & Hagen, LLP and various attorney positions in construction defect litigation. Kirk holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC San Diego.
