Alex Goodrich

Alex Goodrich has extensive work experience in risk management and dispute resolution. From 2000 onwards, they worked for ADR Systems, initially as a Vice President of Risk Management and later as the Senior Vice President of Risk Management. In these roles, they provided education and training in litigation management and alternative dispute resolution, designed risk management models, provided litigation management consulting, oversaw ADR case management services, and provided collaborative marketing services for the legal community.

Prior to joining ADR Systems, Goodrich worked for Oak Casualty Insurance Co. from 1997 to 1998 as the Claim Manager, where they built and managed the claim department for a start-up insurer.

Beginning in 1995, Goodrich worked for State Farm Insurance as an ADR Consultant until 1997.

Overall, Goodrich has a diverse background in risk management, dispute resolution, and claim management.

From 1985 to 1989, Alex Goodrich attended Miami University, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
