Hon. Margaret A. Brennan (Ret.)

Hon. Margaret A. Brennan, (Ret.) serves as a Senior Mediator & Arbitrator at ADR Systems since November 2021, where notable cases include settlements in complex areas such as contract disputes, construction defects, defamation, employment issues, fiduciary duties, foreclosure, and fraud. Prior to this role, Brennan had a distinguished 19-year judicial career with the State of Illinois, including positions as Supervising Judge of the Commercial Section of the Law Division and roles in various divisions of the Circuit Court of Cook County. Brennan earned a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
