Hon. Robert G. Kleeman, (Ret.) serves as a Senior Mediator and Arbitrator at ADR Systems since May 2022, specializing in personal injury and commercial disputes across various areas including auto liability and medical malpractice. Previously, Judge Kleeman held multiple judicial roles at the 18th Judicial Circuit Court from 2008 to 2022, culminating as the Presiding Judge of the Law Division. Additional experience includes serving as an adjunct professor at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where trial advocacy was taught, and holding positions as Chief of the Criminal Division at the Illinois Attorney General's Office and as a partner at Fleming & Kleeman. Judge Kleeman earned a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
