Sridhar Ganesh

Sridhar is a graduate in Physics with post-graduation in Management from IIM Calcutta with special interests in Organization behavior and Achievement motivation. Heis the former MD & CEO of Adrenalin eSystems Ltd.A seasoned business leader with a passion for business strategy & people management at both operational and strategic levels.

Sridhar was instrumental in leading transformational changes while working with organizations namely, Murugappa Group, Cadbury Schweppes Plc-EMEA and Cadbury India. At the Murugappa Group, he was a member of the Corporate Board and in addition to being the Director HR of the Group, he was also the Lead Director for the Diversified Businesses. Sridhar was Professor and Chairperson of the Management Development Centre at Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) prior to joining Adrenalin as its MD & CEO.

In the past, he has been on the Boards of Carborundum Universal Limited, Coromandel Engineering Limited, Parry Agro Industries, Parry Murray Limited (UK) and Parry Enterprises India Limited. Until recently, he was on the Board of Equitas Small Finance Bank and was the Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Sridhar has authored two books; one titled, Leadership, Mindsets and Change and another more recently, titled, the HR Superstar. He is deeply passionate about social causes and is actively involved with a few social initiatives.
