Abhishek Singh has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Abhishek is currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Adreno Technologies since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Toran Global - A Boutique Recruitment Firm from February 2019 to May 2022, where they held the position of Manager HR (BD & Talent Acquisition). Their responsibilities included overseeing the end-to-end hiring process, meeting with business unit heads to discuss recruitment fulfillment, and conducting post-offer follow-ups.

Before joining Toran Global, Abhishek worked at MRPL as an Assistant Manager (Talent Acquisition) from December 2017 to January 2019. During this time, they successfully established recruiting requirements and independently managed the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions.

Prior to that, Abhishek worked as a Senior Consultant at Talent Connectors from June 2015 to October 2017. In this role, they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including project and lateral hiring, at both middle and leadership levels. Abhishek utilized various strategies such as headhunting, industry mapping, job portals, and referencing to provide relevant and qualified candidates.

Abhishek's professional journey began at Red Rock Consultants, where they worked as an HR Associate from July 2013 to May 2015.

Abhishek Singh pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting in 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they attended the Institute for International Management and Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA Hons) degree with a specialization in Retail Management. Following this, they enrolled at ICoFP from 2011 to 2012, completing the Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning (PGDFP).
