Pooja Jhagdolia has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Pooja started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Talent Socio in June 2020, where they focused on facilitating smoother business operations and solving complex problems for start-ups and large conglomerates. Pooja then joined TAPT SERVICES as a Marketing Intern, where they contributed to child development by providing useful tricks and parenting methods. Pooja continued their internship journey at Internshala, where they gained valuable experience. Most recently, they worked as a Team Lead at Variation Compusolution, where they handled end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT profiles and served as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between clients and the company. Presently, Pooja is working as a Technical Recruiter at Adreno Technologies, utilizing their recruitment expertise.

Pooja Jhagdolia started their formal education in 2013 at HBSE Bhiwani, where they completed their 10th grade in General studies. Pooja then pursued their 12th grade from HBSE Bhiwani in 2015, with a focus on Mathematics and Biology. In 2016, Pooja attended M.D University Rohtak, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Science with a specialization in Non-Medical subjects. Continuing their education, from 2019 to 2021, Pooja enrolled at World College of Technology & Management in Gurgaon, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, majoring in HR & Marketing.
