Thomas Berger is currently the CFO and Vice President Finance & Administration at Adrienne Arsht Center for Performing Arts. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Vice President at National Children's Museum from January 2010 to September 2013 where they were responsible for all support services including finance, marketing, human resources, facilities, developing operating and financial policies.

From 2007 to 2011, Berger was an Area Director at Financial Executives International. Thomas also had a stint as an Adjunct Professor at George Washington University from 2006 to 2013 where they taught Financial Management for the Graduate Program in Museum Studies.

Before their current role, Berger served as the Vice President, Finance & Administration at Hood College from 1997 to 2000. Thomas is also a member of American Association of Museums since 1987.

Thomas Berger has a MBA from Boston College Carroll School of Management with a focus in strategic planning and finance. Thomas also has a BFA in design from Denison University.
