Michael Oyadele (ISMN,MBA)

Michael Oyadele has a comprehensive work experience spanning several roles and companies. Michael most recently served as the Director of Sales Marketing (West Africa) for Adron Homes since March 2021. Prior to that, they held various positions at Adron Homes including Deputy Group Chief Responsibility Officer, Chief Responsibility Officer, Group Head Brand & Corporate Communications, Regional Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. Before joining Adron Homes, Michael worked at Creative Ideas Nig Ltd as a Brand Strategic Officer from July 2010 to December 2011. Michael also worked at CMB Nig Ltd (Now NAMPAK Nig Ltd) as a Business Development Officer from February 2001 to November 2003.

Michael Oyadele holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Metropolitan School of Business & Management (UK) which they obtained in 2017. Michael also has a Certificate in Strategic Management from the Institute of Strategic Management Nigeria, which they acquired in 2010. Furthermore, Michael holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Olabisi Onabanjo University. Michael has also obtained the ISMN certification from the Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria.
