Renato Gross

Renato Gross serves as the Senior Executive Vice President at ADS-TEC Energy since February 2024, where leadership of North American operations has resulted in significant growth in sales, marketing, and key account acquisitions. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Swigro since June 2011, Renato has effectively implemented business plans and secured multi-million-dollar funding for innovative technology. Previous experience includes roles as an Executive Top Management Consultant, VP & General Manager at Cumberland Plastic Solutions, Quality Manager/Supply Chain Manager at Weidmann Plastics Technology AG, Supplier Quality Engineer at General Motors, and Product Engineer and Account Manager for Mercedes at Mannesmann Sachs. Renato holds a Master’s degree in Business from the Graduate School of Business Administration Zurich and an Engineer’s degree in Machine Engineering from BSU Switzerland.
