Bill Burke

Bill Burke is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in both private practice and military service. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at ADS, Inc. since March 2020, Bill previously held the position of Assistant General Counsel. Prior to this role, Bill was an Associate at Willcox & Savage, P.C. from August 2015 to February 2020. Bill's military career includes serving as a Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy from May 2001 to August 2012, during which time a Top Secret security clearance was held and duties included serving as the Senior Operations Executive for an amphibious squadron. Bill holds a Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School, a Master's degree in International Studies from Old Dominion University, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy.
