Anamaria Lepadatu has extensive work experience in the field of HR and people management. Anamaria has held senior positions at various companies, including AdsWizz, Bosch, UniCredit Bank Romania, Raiffeisen Bank Romania, and the Faculty of International Business and Economics. At AdsWizz, they served as the Senior Director of People & Culture, responsible for recruitment strategy, HR processes, and performance management. Anamaria also implemented HR structures and processes to support company growth. At UniCredit Bank Romania, they worked as a Program Delivery Manager and Recruitment Coordinator/HR Business Partner, optimizing recruitment and onboarding processes and managing strategic projects.
