Daniela Grindeanu

Daniela Grindeanu has a diverse work experience in the legal and data privacy fields. Daniela started their career as an Associate at Bostina & Associates in 2007. Daniela then worked as a Lawyer at Grindeanu Law Practice from 2008 onwards. In 2010, they joined Telekom Romania as an Information Technology, Data protection & Compliance Lawyer, serving until 2017. From 2015 to 2017, they were also a Data Privacy Manager at Deutsche Telekom. In 2018, they became a Senior Manager in the data protection practice at KPMG Legal. In 2019, they joined AdsWizz as the Global Director of Data Privacy & Compliance. Additionally, they have been an ICT Committee Member at AmCham Romania since 2011.

Daniela Grindeanu began their education in 1998 at Colegiul National Sfantul Sava Bucuresti, where they obtained a degree, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown. Daniela went on to attend the University of Bucharest from 2002 to 2006 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Law. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from the same institution, completing it in 2008.

In 2011, Daniela Grindeanu enrolled in the International Compliance Association and received an Advanced Certificate in Compliance and Financial Crime. That same year, they also obtained a Licentiate degree from CompTIA Security+ in Information Security Management/Systems Auditor/Lead Auditor.

Furthermore, Daniela Grindeanu obtained additional certifications throughout their career. In 2019, they earned the CIPP/E certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). In 2021, they obtained the Certified International Project Manager (CIPM) certification, also from IAPP. Daniela'smost recent certification, obtained in December 2022, is Chart Toppers from SiriusXM.
