George Holca

George Holca has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. George began their career in 2001 as a Senior QA Engineer at eASIC and later worked as an IT Support Specialist at Adria. In 2003, they became the Technical Director at DotNet SRL, where they focused on providing computer equipment and services. George then transitioned to a role as an Area Sales Manager at SC International Leasing IFN SA, where they sought new lease contracts for goods. In 2009, they worked as a Content Editor/SEO Manager at Ameriza Software, responsible for website content and search engine optimization. George also worked as a NOC Support Engineer at NetBridge Services, monitoring online projects. In 2011, they served as an IT Solution Architect/Network Developer at Violent Media, managing the local network and hardware services infrastructure. Most recently, George has been employed at AdsWizz, a SiriusXM company. George has held various roles there, including Solution Engineer, Senior Project Manager, Senior Solution Lead, and Senior Manager of Global Technical Support, where they managed a global technical delivery center and implemented CRM technology and process improvements. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director of Global Technical Support at AdsWizz.

George Holca began their education in 1993 at the "Spiru Haret" Informatics National College in Suceava, where they earned a degree in Information Technology in 1997. Following this, from 1997 to 2004, they attended the "Stephen the Great" Technical University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, with a focus on Machine Learning.

In addition to their formal education, George Holca has also obtained several certifications. In 2001, they achieved competencies in Diesel Injection systems from Robert Bosch Romania. In 2008, they became a Certified ISO 9001:2000 Quality Manager from Myrtis Suceava. Later in that same year, they obtained the CompTIA+ certification from Pythia Bucharest. In 2018, they became a Digital Audio Advertising EXPERT through AdsWizz. Most recently, in 2020, they completed the Professional Career Manager Training (PCM) and Situational Leadership programs provided by CTeam Romania.

George Holca is currently in the process of certifying in Project Management (PM), although the specific institution and completion date are not provided.
