Roxana Paduraru

Roxana Paduraru has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 15 years. Roxana currently serves as the Director of Engineering Operations at AdsWizz since November 2021. Prior to this role, they held multiple positions at AdsWizz, including AudioMatic Product Squad Lead, Program Manager, and Senior Software Engineer, from 2015 to 2021. Before joining AdsWizz, Roxana worked at Endava as a Senior Developer & People Manager from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Software Developer at Nobel Romania from 2010 to 2013. Roxana began their career as a Java Software Developer at Sety SRL in 2008 and then worked as a Software Developer at Infologic in 2007. Roxana's early work experience includes a role as a Software Analyst at Romsys in 2006.

Roxana Paduraru completed their education at the following institutions. Roxana attended Economics high school from 1998 to 2002, where they studied Economics. Later, they enrolled at Universitatea "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" din Iași from 2002 to 2006, majoring in Information Technology. In addition to their formal education, Roxana obtained a Professional Scrum Master certification in August 2015 from Scrum.org.
