Clarence Pape, MBA has a wealth of experience in the technology and operations management fields. From 2000 to 2005, they worked as a Senior Manager at BearingPoint. From 2005 to 2009, they were the Vice President of Operations at Access Systems, Inc. and then Senior Manager of the Joint Staff at General Dynamics from 2009 to 2010. From 2010 to 2016, they were the Vice President of Professional Services at Intelligent Decisions, where they implemented strategies to reduce replacement costs, MTBF, and MTTR while increasing response and repair time. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Director of Professional Services at Virtual Heroes, a Division of Applied Research Associates, where they led the expansion of the division and generated new multi-million-dollar revenue streams. Finally, from 2018 to present, they have been the Executive Vice President of Operations at Adsync Technologies, where they have been responsible for formulating operational vision, growth strategies, standardization of best practices, and project governance oversight.

Clarence Pape holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, where they studied Global Executive MBA. Clarence also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the University of West Florida. In addition, they have obtained certifications from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers for ITIL Service Strategy (ITIL-SS) and from the PMI Institute for PMP.
