Carrie O'Hara

Carrie O'Hara has an extensive background in human resources, having worked in various capacities at Allstate for over a decade before joining ADT as the Vice President of Human Resources. At ADT, Carrie serves as the HRBP to the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Business Development Officer. Prior to their current role, Carrie held the position of Human Resources Senior Director at ADT, overseeing multiple key departments within the organization. Carrie O'Hara holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Illinois University.
