Kristy Fisher

Kristy Fisher currently serves as the Chief Digital and Information Officer at ADT since August 2025. Prior to this role, Kristy held the position of Vice President of Artificial Intelligence and Analytics at State Farm from January 2019 to August 2025, and also served as the Director of Analytics during that time. Kristy's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Actuarial Duck Creek Policy and Systems at MedPro Group from July 2013 to January 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing the implementation and maintenance of rates and rules, as well as modernizing data systems. Kristy started in the actuarial field at Medical Protective, where duties as an Actuary involved pricing, data analytics, and merger and acquisition evaluations from July 2013 to July 2017. Kristy earned a degree from the University of Toledo between 2010 and 2013.
