Richard Camarillo

Richard Camarillo is an experienced professional in the field of hardware design and technology, currently serving as the Sr. VP of Hardware Design at ADT since November 2020. Camarillo leads the development of a unique product that transitions legacy 3G devices to 4G LTE networks. Previous roles include SVP of Hardware at CellBounce and VP and Principal Architect at ublox San Diego Inc., where significant contributions were made to R&D for CDMA and LTE technologies. Additionally, Camarillo founded CAAZORII Incorporated, served as Chief Technologist at Fusion Wireless San Diego, and held positions as VP of Technology at Kyocera Wireless and Director at Qualcomm. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and an Associate of Science in the same field from Don Bosco Technical Institute.
