Eric Stroud

Eric Stroud has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Regional Director at Sigma Phi Epsilon. Eric then joined PepsiCo in 2004 and held various roles including Human Resources Representative, Human Resources Manager, Sr. Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Director. In 2012, Eric joined Astellas Pharma US as an Associate Director and later became a Director. In 2019, they moved to Ingredion Incorporated as a Sr Director in Human Resources. In 2022, Eric joined Sol Millennium Medical Group as the Vice President of Global Human Resources and then took on the role of Vice President of Human Resources in the North America Region. Currently, they are employed at Adtalem Global Education as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Eric Stroud received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2001. Eric later obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations (MHRIR) from the same university in 2003.
