Hajo Oltmanns

Hajo Oltmanns has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Hajo is currently serving as the VP of Strategic Workforce Solutions & Partnerships at Adtalem Global Education since 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Chief Growth Officer at Chamberlain University in 2021. Hajo also has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, working at Elsevier from 2007 to 2021 in various leadership roles, including SVP and Chief Commercial Officer, SVP and General Manager, and President. Their earlier experience includes working as a Manager at The Boston Consulting Group from 2001 to 2006 and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse from 1997 to 1999. Hajo started their career as a Management Trainee at Rowohlt Verlage from 1991 to 1993. In addition to their corporate roles, Hajo has served as a Board Member for PhillyKinder and the German Society of Pennsylvania.

Hajo Oltmanns has a diverse education history. In 1993-1997, they obtained a MA (Hons) degree in Modern History and Politics from The University of Edinburgh. Following that, from 1999-2001, they pursued an MBA degree with a focus on Strategy and Finance at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Most recently, in 2018, they completed a program on MIT Sloan Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy at MIT Sloan Executive Education.
