Soares Paul

Soares Paul has extensive work experience, starting in 1983 when they joined the US Navy as CAPT, Civil Engineer Corps (CEC). Soares held this position until 2007. In 2007, they joined Duval County Public Schools as Chief, Operations Support. In this role, they were responsible for various key support areas within the school system.

Soares Paul holds a Master of Arts degree in National Policy & Strategic Study from the U.S. Naval War College, which was obtained from 2004 to 2005. Soares also obtained a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Florida from 1988 to 1990, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Resource Management from the U.S. Naval Academy from 1979 to 1983.
