Ivanie Bronson, M.S., SHRM-SCP, CDE®, has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on medical education and diversity. Ivanie is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Adtalem Global Education, where they are dedicated to advancing medical education in the Caribbean and has made a significant impact on the growth and success of institutions in the region. Prior to this, they held roles at Walden University as the Chief Diversity Officer and Vice President of Human Resources. Additionally, they served as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Laureate International Universities-Global Products & Services and held positions at Discovery Communications and CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. Overall, Ivanie brings extensive experience in recruiting top talent, fostering innovation, ensuring compliance, and promoting diversity within organizations.

Ivanie Bronson holds an M.S. degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore and a B.S. degree in Psychology from Florida State University. Ivanie obtained the Certified Diversity Executive (CDE®) certification from The Society For Diversity in October 2020 and the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in January 2019.
