Renee Holloman

Renee Holloman currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Milton Hershey School, a position held since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President & Chief People Officer at PAM Health from November 2017 to June 2023. Previously, Renee held various leadership positions at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, including Director of Organizational Development and General Manager of the Hershey Golf Collection, from August 2004 to October 2017. Earlier in the career at Wyndham Hotel Group, Renee worked as the Director of Catering and Convention Services from April 1998 to April 2002. Education includes a Master of Professional Study in Organizational Leadership and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Management, all obtained from Central Penn College.
